Corrections come first

If something on this site is wrong, that is the message we want most. Bonbeno publishes figures other Indian pet sites do not, which guarantees being wrong in public occasionally.

Include the page URL, the specific claim, and a source if you have one. Substantive corrections are made promptly and the page's updated date changes to reflect the change. Our full approach is in the editorial policy.

• A price that no longer matches the market is worth reporting even though it was correct when published, because a dated figure with no correction becomes a wrong one.
• A figure attributed to the wrong source matters as much as a wrong figure, since the whole point is that a reader can check it.
• A photograph showing the wrong breed is the correction we act on fastest. Several rare Indian breeds are routinely illustrated with a different dog across the internet, and if that has happened here we want to know today.
• A broken or redirected source link. Tell us which page and which source number.

Veterinary clinics, groomers and boarding

To be listed, or to correct an existing listing, send the details below. Sending everything at once is what makes a listing quick.

• Business name and full address, as it should appear.
• Phone, email and website, plus whether the number is answered out of hours.
• Services offered, and specifically whether the clinic has in-house diagnostics, imaging, hospitalisation or surgical facilities.
• Opening hours, and whether emergency or 24-hour cover is genuinely available. This flag is only ever set where the clinic states it, because a wrong out-of-hours entry can cost an animal its life.
• Registration details for any named veterinarian, since a name only appears where registration is verifiable.

Listings show a visible verification date and are re-verified on a schedule. Corrections to an existing listing are prioritised over new additions. Full rules are on the vet directory.

Veterinarians

Bonbeno works with registered veterinarians to review health content. If you are registered with the Veterinary Council of India or a State Veterinary Council and want to review in your area of practice, get in touch with your registration number.

Reviewers are named on the pages they review, with their qualification, because an unnamed expert is not a credential. Review covers factual accuracy and safety, not the commercial content of the site, and a reviewer never sees or influences a product verdict or a ranking.

Brands and partnerships

Genuine enquiries worth sending include labelled placement, a factual correction to a brand guide, and notification of a product recall or formulation change, which we will publish regardless of any commercial relationship.
